Client Overview
Coaching by Sammy Bea runs the Anti-Manifestation Manifestation Club, a $55 per month membership that helps women break the cycle of starting strong and falling back into old patterns. The program combines subconscious work, monthly focus areas, challenges and community coaching.
Sammy had built the membership to about 30 members through organic content and had never run paid ads. Jumpstart ROI launched the Meta Ads program in March 2026 with a goal of growing the membership toward 150 members.
The Challenge
The ads found the right audience quickly. In the first month, click-through rate held above 2%, and the account built steady traffic from women aged 25 to 54. None of that traffic turned into a paid sign-up.
Heatmaps and session recordings showed visitors arriving on the sales page and leaving without scrolling. For a new brand with no ad history, asking a cold audience to pay $55 on the first visit was too big a step. The program needed a lower-commitment way in that still led to paying members.
What We Did
Fixed tracking before scaling. We set up purchase tracking through the Conversions API in GoHighLevel, with a backup pixel event on the thank-you page, and installed Microsoft Clarity and Google Tag Manager to see how visitors used the page.
Changed the offer to a 7-day free trial. Working with the client's funnel developer, we replaced the paid first step with a free week, collecting card details upfront but charging nothing during the trial. The landing page was updated to match.
Rebuilt the creative around the free trial. We wrote new scripts that put "first week free" in the opening hook, then edited Sammy's own videos and produced matching static ads. Founder-led video gave the ads the same personal voice that had built her organic following.
Cut losers and fed winners. Weekly reviews paused high-spend ads that were not converting and moved budget to proven creative. New angles, including testimonials and a 7-day Self-Trust Challenge, were tested in their own ad sets so they could get a fair read without taking budget from the winners.
Expanded internationally. Because the membership already had members worldwide, we launched a global campaign covering the UK, Germany, Canada and Australia, then narrowed it to the markets that converted.
Trained the founder to run the account. Through recorded walkthroughs and working sessions, we taught Sammy to read results, duplicate ads, launch tests and make optimization decisions herself.

The Free Trial Video drove most of the program's sign-ups. Sammy speaks directly to camera and leads with the free first week, which lowered the commitment for viewers before they ever reached the page. In early June, this one ad produced every sign-up in the reporting period.
The Bottom Line
Coaching by Sammy Bea had an audience that clicked but would not pay on the first visit. We fixed the tracking, changed the first step to a free week and rebuilt the creative around that offer in Sammy's own voice. Sign-ups went from zero to 93, cost per sign-up fell 60% to $43.97 and click-through rate rose to 3.37%. Along the way, Sammy learned to run and test the account herself.
