Client Overview

FOMO.ai combines AI marketing technology with done-for-you services. It helps businesses turn their websites, content and search visibility into a source of leads and customers. Its buyers include med spas, law firms and other service businesses that want one coordinated growth program instead of a stack of agencies and software subscriptions.

Jumpstart ROI started working with FOMO.ai in March 2026 on paid acquisition, creative strategy and landing pages. The program covered sales-call campaigns and webinar promotion. Meta became the main focus as we refined the audience, offer and qualification process.

The Challenge

They needed calls with qualified buyers

FOMO needed sales calls with business owners who had the budget and fit to buy. Early campaigns booked calls, but low-budget leads and missed appointments meant booking volume alone did not show success.

The offer was changing

The early ads leaned on saving agency fees. As FOMO moved toward a fuller growth-engine offer, the messaging had to move with it.

The journey was disconnected

We had to connect every step: a relevant ad, a landing page that explained the value, qualification before booking, and conversion signals that reflected the people FOMO wanted to reach.

What We Did

  1. Tested audience and creative by vertical. We ran legal, med spa, local services and general-business angles, then used early results to steer the next creative rounds. By April 1, legal had produced four booked calls at $80.61 each. We stopped the local home-services angle and a high-cost general creative, which gave later rounds a clearer direction.

  2. Moved from a broad offer to dedicated industry funnels. At the end of May we narrowed the next phase to med spas and personal injury firms, each with its own ads, landing page and proof points. The pages spoke to the buyer's real outcome: more consultations for med spas, more cases for law firms. Once the industry messaging established fit, qualification focused on budget and company size.

  3. Reworked qualification and the conversion signal. We worked with FOMO on Typeform branching, landing-page context and the handoff into booking. The May rebuild added a qualified-lead feedback loop through ActiveCampaign and Zapier, plus pixel and UTM work. The goal was to give Meta a better signal than an unfiltered form submission while keeping enough volume to learn.

  4. Kept creative and funnel work moving together. The creative moved through agency-savings messaging, premium refreshes, AI website concepts and tighter vertical offers. In June we proposed a post-booking education sequence: a thank-you-page video right after booking, then a second video by email and SMS before the call. Later work expanded the niche landing pages and adapted the creative to FOMO's evolving positioning.

The Results

  • Med spa leads at 77% lower cost than core. From June 9 to 18, 2026, the core campaign produced 3 leads at $843 each. Personal injury produced 3 at $342 each (59% lower than core). Med spa produced 5 at $194 each.

  • 24 booked calls and 2 won customers. FOMO's own CRM attributed 24 newly booked calls and two won customers to Jumpstart for May 30 to June 28, 2026.

  • 72 webinar registrations at $4.64 each in the seven days reported on April 16, after we gave the event a longer promotional runway.

Top-Performing Creative

Vertical creative carried the program, moving from early agency-savings ads to med spa and personal injury funnels with their own proof points.

Key Outcomes

  • Med spa CPL of $194 vs. $843 for core in the June 9 to 18 test, 77% lower

  • Personal injury CPL of $342 in the same test, 59% lower than core

  • 24 call bookings and 2 won customers attributed to Jumpstart in FOMO's May 30 to June 28 CRM report

  • 72 webinar registrations at $4.64 each in the seven days reported April 16

  • A repeatable approach: vertical creative, dedicated landing pages, qualification and CRM feedback

The Bottom Line

FOMO.ai's acquisition program got more specific as we learned what the sales team needed. Early Meta tests found booking traction in legal. The next step was relevance and qualification. We split the offer into industry-specific ads and landing pages, improved the signal sent back to Meta, and kept the creative in step with FOMO's growth-engine positioning.

The June test showed what that focus was worth. Med spa leads came in at $194, against $843 for the broad core campaign in the same window. FOMO's CRM recorded 24 bookings and two won customers from Jumpstart between May 30 and June 28. An earlier webinar push added 72 registrations at $4.64 each.
